We ship to the Czech Republic and Slovakia via Zásilkovna / Packeta and DPD. Shipping is free on orders over 2 500 Kč / 100 €. You'll see the available delivery options at checkout.
We're planning to expand the delivery across EU in 2027.

Yes. With our Sample Service, you can build a set of five different perfume samples of your choice (1-1.5 ml each). Explore at your own pace, no strings attached.
The Vetiveria Sample Set costs 590 Kč / 25 €.

What happens if I find a perfume I like?
Every Vetiveria Sample Set comes with a personal code for 450 Kč / 18 € off one full-size bottle. You'll receive it in your shipping confirmation email. It's valid for six months, can be used once, and can be shared with someone else.
Can I collect my order in person?
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. If you're attending one of our perfume workshops or tastings in Prague, you can collect your order at the event. It's also a chance to explore perfumes in a fun and educational way and meet new people.
In the cart, choose Home delivery, then select Pickup at a Vetiveria event (Prague) at checkout – it's free. We'll confirm by email at which event you can collect your order.
