Shipping policy
We ship to the Czech Republic and Slovakia with Zásilkovna (Packeta) and DPD. Shipping is free on orders over 2 500 Kč / 100 € – including orders paid with a gift voucher.
Delivery options and prices
Czech Republic
- Zásilkovna pickup point or Z-BOX – 89 Kč
- DPD Pickup point or box – 89 Kč
- Zásilkovna home delivery – 129 Kč
- DPD home delivery – 129 Kč
- Pickup at a Vetiveria event in Prague – free
Slovakia
- Zásilkovna pickup point or Z-BOX – 4.90 €
- DPD Pickup point or box – 4.90 €
- Zásilkovna home delivery – 6.50 €
- DPD home delivery – 7.50 €
If you choose a pickup point, you pick the exact branch or box on a map in the cart, before you go to checkout.
Delivery times
We pack your order within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 2 working days in the Czech Republic and up to 3 working days in Slovakia.
If you pay by bank transfer, we ship as soon as the payment arrives. Please pay within 7 days – unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that.
Pickup at a Vetiveria event
In the cart, choose Home delivery, then select Pickup at a Vetiveria event (Prague) at checkout. We'll confirm by email at which event you can collect your order. Can't make it? We'll ship it instead.
When your parcel arrives
Please check the parcel when you collect it. If the packaging is damaged, you can refuse it or have the carrier write a damage report – and let us know at info@vetiveria.cz as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days, with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
If a parcel isn't collected without a serious reason and comes back to us, we may ask you to cover the shipping costs and cancel the order.
